Do I rent or buy a Nimble Shop?

Nimble Shops are available for lease, just like traditional retail spaces.

What are the lease terms?

The minimum lease term is two years. Lease rates vary based on lease term. For more information, reach out to us!

How much of the shop would be “done for me” and what can I customize in my Nimble Shop?

One of the benefits of Nimble is that all the construction is done and the shops are close to move-in ready! You’ll probably choose to add your own branding and some furniture - think of it like moving into a rental apartment.

How does permitting work? Do I need to permit a Nimble Shop myself?

All building permits will be completed by Nimble. Depending on the jurisdiction and how you’re using the space, you may need additional permits for signage, your usage, business / food and beverage licenses, etc.
